Sophia utilises a holistic lens to explore your experience of concussion and to form and work on goals which align with you. Sophia’s approach recognises and honours each individual, affirming your inherent wholeness, uniqueness, strengths, resources and capacity for growth and healing.
Outside of her clinical experience she has lived experience of head injury and navigating her way through a myriad of concussion related symptoms and experiences. She has sat in the chairs that welcome you and bring this sensitivity to her work with clients. Her aim is to work with others on their journey to wellbeing.
Sophia is currently with us part time as she completes her Masters research.
